Student Support Services

Our aim is to provide support for students,
And to resolve issues quickly and effectively. We work closely
as a team linking in with other members of staff and outside
professional bodies to create an effective network of people
who are able to offer information, advice and support to students
and their families.
S3 provides a relaxed, quiet atmosphere where students are able to address and work towards resolving problems, speak in complete confidence, carry out class work set by teachers, or to simply gather their thoughts. Our objectives include promoting self-help, offering awareness sessions, and encouraging students to take responsibility for their own actions; we encourage Healthy Lifestyles while explaining the serious risks attached to the intake of drugs, alcohol and other addictive substances.
The development of S3 within the College provides a vital link between Students, Staff and the community; it will also offer an effective tool in the construction of a sound and harmonious training environment.
