SSL Explorer Issue - Unable to open connection file
After logging in to SSL Explorer and clicking Centrally Hosted MIS, a message may be displayed that says "Unable to open connection file", with the title "RDP Single Sign On".
In order to resolve this issue the latest version of the Java Runtime must be installed. This can be installed by clicking here.
