SSL Explorer - The client could not connect

Users may experience the following error from SSL Explorer when working through SSL Explorer to connect to Centrally Hosted MIS after clicking on the Centrally Hosted MIS shortcut. This only affects users of Microsoft Windows XP, prior to Service Pack 2.

"The client could not connect. You are already connected to the console of this computer. A new console session cannot be established."

This error should be resolved by:
1. Upgrading to Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2. A link to this can be found below.
