SSL Explorer - Failed to Sync
Users may experience a 'Failed to Sync' error from SSL Explorer when working through SSL Explorer to connect to Centrally Hosted MIS after clicking on the Centrally Hosted MIS shortcut. This tends only to affect users of Microsoft Windows Vista.
This error should be resolved by:
1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Click on the Security Tab
5. Click Trusted Sites
6. Click Sites
7. Enter the web site address as *.cambsed.net
8. Ensure that Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unticked
9. Click Add
10. Close Microsoft Internet Explorer
11. Retry connecting to Centrally Hosted MIS via the SSL Explorer.
