Problems with Microsoft Word opening in Reading Mode
Some users have reported that when opening Word documents sent to them as email attachments, Word displays the document in Reading Mode. In order to disable Reading mode in Microsoft Word;
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Goto the Tools menu
3. Click Options
4. Open the General Tab
5. Untick Allow starting in Reading Layout
6. Click OK
