Internet Explorer crashes when connecting to CH MIS

If you are running Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows XP Service Pack 3, Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8 you will experience Internet Explorer crashing when trying to connect to Centrally Hosted MIS. This is due to changes in Internet Explorer security made by these service packs. Once these service packs are applied Internet Explorer does not recognise the printing software as being "trusted". This causes internet explorer to hang and eventually crash when trying to connect to Centrally Hosted MIS.

There is a work around for this which is to set the www.cambsed.net webpage to be a "trusted" site and then to enable the printer software to run on trusted sites. For instructions on how to do this please click here for a video demonstration.
