If your school has recently been migrated to the new Exchange email system provided by the ICT Service, you may feel the need for some additional training.  For this purpose we have arranged some free drop-in sessions for training in the use of this new system.  This can cover such things as:

~ Managing emails
~ Managing contacts
~ Making appointments for other members of staff
~ Creating and using a shared calendar
~ Creating distribution lists for the whole school
~ Administering accounts e.g. for new users or forgotten passwords
~ Accessing emails from home
~ Using a mobile device to access your emails and calendar

These sessions will run from 3pm to 5:30pm every Tuesday of term time. Starting on the 27th of January until the 24th of March.  Then there will be a full week session running from Monday 30th of March to Friday the 3rd of April from 10am to 5pm.  These will be in the 'Projects Office' at the ICT Service in Godmanchester, 42 West Street, PE29 2HJ.

You can drop-in at any time during these sessions and request training on any part of the New Exchange email system you are unsure about.

Any training after these dates will be chargeable.
